- Incentives range from $350- $750.
- Low-to-moderate income customers are eligible for additional incentives.
- All Vermont Electric Coop customers are eligible.

Vermont State Employees Credit Union (VSECU)
VSECU offers a 1% discount off their regular automotive financing rates for EVs. More information is available on their website.
Burlington Electric Department
There are incentives available for new and leased electric vehicles, used/pre-owned EVs, charging equipment, lawn equipment, electric motorcycles, and electric bikes. Burlington Electric also offers a special charging rate with BED-approved chargers.
- EV Incentives range from $1,300- $3,000.
- Low-to-moderate income customers are eligible for additional incentives.
- All Burlington Electric Department Customers are eligible for EV incentives.

Vermont Public Power Supply Authority (VPPSA)
There are rebates available for new and leased electric vehicles, used/pre-owned EVs, home charging equipment, eBikes, electric lawn care equipment, and public charging equipment.
- EV purchase incentives range from $250- $1,400.
- The Powershift program provides qualifying VPPSA members with free Level 2 home EV charging equipment and a $500 rebate upon connection to the program.
- Low-to-moderate income customers are eligible for additional incentives.
- Workplace or public Level 2 charging installations are eligible for a $500 rebate.
- Customers of the following municipal electric utilities are eligible for Vermont Public Power Supply Authority incentives: Barton Village, Village of Enosburg Falls, Hardwick Electric Department, Village of Jacksonville, Village of Johnson, Ludlow Electric Light Department, Lyndonville Electric Department, Morrisville Water and Light Department, Northfield Electric Department, Village of Orleans, and Swanton Village.
- New & Leased Vehicles: $1,000 rebate for the purchase or lease of a new all-electric vehicle, or $500 rebate for a new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Low-to-moderate income customers are eligible for an additional $400 rebate.
- Pre-owned Vehicles: $500 rebate for a pre-owned all-electric vehicle, or $250 for a pre-owned plug-in hybrid.
- eBikes and retrofit kits: $100 rebate.
- Electric lawn mowers and other lawn care equipment: $25-50 for home use models; up to $1,200 for commercial equipment.

Green Mountain Power

- Incentives range from $750- $3,200.
- Low-to-moderate income customers are eligible for additional incentives.
- All Green Mountain Power customers are eligible.

- Incentives range from $300- $1,250.

Washington Electric Cooperative (WEC)
There are incentives available for new and leased electric vehicles, charging equipment, and new electric bikes.
- Incentives range from $250-1,200*.
- Income-eligible customers are eligible for additional incentives.
- All Washington Electric Coop members are eligible.

The PowerShift program also offers WEC members with no cost Level 2 EV charging equipment and a $500 rebate upon connection to the program once the member’s service entrance and transformer have been right-sized based on the Co-op’s calculation of transformer capacity.
